Can't speak to the other roads but the Savannah roads that are closed are ones that flood in a light rain. Failure of the government to warn and protect their citizens of dangerous conditions coming is reprehensible. Equally reprehensible is the way our dear public officials put on their drama queen hats and scared the public. Frightening the old, disabled and gullible members of the public is disgusting. I understand the motivation of at least one of the "leaders". He is morebfocused on what future positions he can get elected/appointed to. Sad that the populace was frightened for someone's political aspirations.
