I think if people want it, it should be built somewhere else. what about that big lot next to that church on Lincoln, or across from circle k.. if that's too far, there's alot of suitable lots thought south end aside from that one. And having it there would disrupt the flow of traffic so much.. the younger people might not understand this, but that spot is of big significance to a lot of the older generations in Steubenville. idk to me it seems kind of cruel when I think about the people, but that's the world we live in.
