Famous illusionist headlines Wheeling Rotary fundraiser for King’s Daughters Childcare Center

WHEELING, W.Va. ( WTRF ) – “Experience the Extraordinary” this Spring with Wheeling’s international illusionist, Craig Karges.

Wheeling’s Rotary club is hosting their annual fundraiser at The West on May 16, with all proceeds benefiting King’s Daughter Childcare Center located in East Wheeling.

King’s Daughter is currently undergoing a $2.5 million renovation and the Rotary is doing all they can to help see the project through.

“As a new father to a seven-month-old, it is not lost on us the need for childcare in the community. And we would love to support a local organization through our nonprofit civic organization, Rotary, to support their build out and their renovation this spring.”

If you’re interested in attending, get your ticket soon because they are selling out quickly.

VIP tickets are $125 and include a pre-party on the porch including a meet-and-greet with Karges, a drink ticket and hors d’oeuvre prepared by The West’s chefs, adult tickets for just the show are $50 and children under 12 are $35.

Doors for VIP open at 6:30 p.m., general admission begins at 7:00 p.m. and the show starts at 7:30 p.m.

Sponsorships are needed and every donation will be matched dollar for dollar by the Ann Sonneborn Charitable Foundation up to $100,000.
