    Man drowns while fishing in West Virginia

    West Virginia State Police said a man drowned while fishing.

    State Police say they responded to Peytona Costa Road in the Peytona area of Boone County, WV in reference to a possible drowning.

    When State Police arrived they said they found 64-year-old Timmy J. Hager of Peytona, WV dead from drowning while fishing at Big Coal River.

    State Police said they don’t have signs of foul play and believe the incident to be accidental.

    The incident will be under an active investigation.
