West Virginia Senator to host Halle Berry in the Mountain State

West Virginia Senator Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.) will host actress Halle Berry for several visits in the Mountain State.

Capito will be hosting Berry in Charleston, West Virginia on Wednesday.

First, Senator Capito and Halle Berry will travel to Piedmont Elementary School to host a West Virginia Girls Rise Up event.

Next, Capito and Halle Berry will host a roundtable discussion focused on menopause, specifically the Advancing Menopause Care and Mid-Life Women’s Health Act .

Capito says the legislation aims to strengthen and expand federal research on menopause, awareness and education efforts, health care workforce training, and public health promotion and prevention to better address menopause and mid-life women’s health issues.
