    Man found dead outside Ohio hospital

    Martins Ferry, Ohio (WTRF) – Martins Ferry Police tell 7News a man was found dead in his vehicle outside East Ohio Regional Hospital Friday morning.

    They say he had dropped off a person for a doctor’s appointment and was waiting for them when he experienced a health emergency himself and died.

    Police say there is no suspicion of foul play and no investigation.

    “It was just a sad occurrence,” according to one police spokesman.
