Two local attorneys recognized as “Best Lawyers in America”

Wheeling, W.Va. (WTRF) – Two local attorneys are being recognized nationally for their work.

Trial lawyers Clayton Fitzsimmons and Bob Fitzsimmons of Fitzsimmons Law Firm were selected to be a part of the 31st Edition of the “Best Lawyers in America.”

Clayton Fitzsimmons was honored for is work in the “Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs” category.

Bob Fitzsimmons was once again named “Lawyer of the Year,” and was also honored for his work in the “Insurance Law” and “Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs” category.

Bob Fitzsimmons is well known across West Virginia, particularly for his working suing the National Football League in the first claim to establish a causal link between head trauma in football and concussions.
