    Ohio man ‘YG’ faces up to 20 years for meth distribution in Marshall County

    WHEELING, W.Va. — An Akron, Ohio man is facing up to 20 years in federal prison after admitting to the distribution of methamphetamine.

    According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of West Virginia, court documents show that 32- year-old Stephan G. Ward, also know as ‘YG’ was delivering methamphetamine to other for distribution in Marshall County.

    A federal district court judge will determine how long, Ward, will spend in prison after considering the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and other statutory factors.

    Assistant U.S. Attorney Clayton Reid is prosecuting the case on behalf of the government.

    The Marshall County Drug Task Force, a HIDTA-funded initiative, investigated.

    U.S. Magistrate Judge James P. Mazzone presided.
