“Ralphie” from A Christmas Story coming to West Virginia for a movie screening and conversation

“Ralphie” from A Christmas Story will be coming to Wheeling, West Virginia for a movie screening and a conversation with guests.

Peter Billingsley, the actor who played “Ralphie,” in the cult classic A Christmas Story will be at the Capitol Theater on December 22.

The evening will include a pre-show meet and greet, screening of the 1983 film, and a moderated Q&A where Billingsley will share stories from the movie set, behind-the-scenes photos, and memories from the Christmas classic.

Audience questions are encouraged, and each screening will feature a Toy for Tots fundraiser, and a leg lamp giveaway to one lucky winner.

Billingsley has been nominated for three Emmys, a Tony Award and is a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.

Presale tickets start on Wednesday, September 11 at 10 am with the password LEGLAMP. Tickets go on sale to the public on Friday, September 13 at 10 am.
