West Virginia Police looking for man wanted for malicious wounding and abduction

WHEELING, W.Va. (WTRF) — The Wheeling Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a wanted man.

According to the Crime Stoppers Upper Ohio Valley, WPD is looking for William Gene Jenkins for Malicious Wounding and Abduction of a Person for an Illicit Purpose.

Jenkins is a 44-year-old white male. He is 6’3″ and weighs 250 lbs, and he has brown hair and brown eyes.
