    Driver on alleged cellphone leads to Ohio police finding glass pipe, a snort straw, and suspected meth

    Police in Ohio say two people were arrested after they found a glass pipe, a snort straw, and suspected meth.

    Shadyside, Ohio police say during a Friday evening route patrol they noticed a driver using their cell phone while driving.

    At the traffic stop, Shadyside police said they found out that both the driver, Nicole Mitchem, and the passenger, William French, had warrants out of Belmont County.

    During the search of the vehicle, officers say they found a glass pipe, a snort straw, and $68 in cash along with suspected Methamphetamine.

    Nicole Mitchem was then processed at the Belmont County Jail with the following charges: possession of drug paraphernalia along with the warrants issued by Belmont County.

    William French was also processed at the Belmont County Jail with the following charges: possession of a controlled substance, along with his warrants issued by Belmont County.
