Applications open for 2024 FBI Teen Academy in Wheeling

WHEELING, W.Va. (WTRF) — Applications are now open for the FBI Teen Academy which is coming to Wheeling this fall.

The FBI Teen Academy is open to any high school junior or senior with at least a 3.0 GPA who is interested in working for the FBI.

Pittsburgh FBI Special Agent Richard Evanchec shares exactly what students will be learning and the different opportunities that are available to them.

Those students who take us up on our opportunity will come and learn about what it takes to be a special agent, an intelligence analyst, or someone on our professional staff. They’ll learn about our physical fitness standards, our firearms, what our investigations involve, and how we balance the mission that we have of protecting the American people and defend the Constitution of the United States.”
