Pet of the Week: Leah

WETZEL COUNTY, W.Va. (WTRF) — Pam from the Wetzel County Animal Shelter joined 7News at Noon for Pet of the Week, Leah.

Leah was brought into the shelter as a stray and is believed to be between 2-3 years old. When she arrived she was very underweight, but has been able to put a healthy amount of weight back on and will be spayed soon.

Leah is house broken and is very easy going. She gets along great with cat and dogs, but as with all adoptions, it is encouraged to schedule a meet-and-greet prior to adoption if you have other pets in the home.

She loves walks, and would love nothing more than to have her own pillow to cuddle on. Her adoption fee of $200 includes the cost of her spay, all of her shots and vetting.
