    West Virginia man arrested Friday morning after allegedly shooting another man; Victim life flighted

    A West Virginia man was arrested Friday after allegedly shooting another man.

    Moundsville Police say they arrested 48-year-old Jonathon Kimble, of Moundsville, for a Malicious Wounding charge.

    Police say there was a confrontation between friends which ended with a person being shot.

    Moundsville police say both the victim and Kimble lived at the address where the incident occurred.

    The victim, 41 years old, was life-flighted to and is currently in surgery at Ruby Memorial Hospital.

    Police say the victim is expected to survive.

    Kimble is currently in the Northern Regional Jail on a $100,000 bond
