HANCOCK COUNTY, W.Va. — A Hancock County, West Virginia man is facing murder charges after a 911 medical call led to a gruesome discovery Saturday morning.

According to the Weirton Police Department, officers were dispatched to a residence on Elm Street after a reported medical call.

Upon arrival, officers witnessed 32-year-old Jordan Lee Pager walking from the home, yelling at the ambulance personnel while holding a handgun.
