    Bark in the Park promises tail-wagging good time for pets and their people

    JEFFERSON COUNTY, Ohio (WTRF) — Grab your leashes and head to Jim Woods Park in Steubenville this Sunday, Oct. 6, for the Jefferson County Humane Society’s Bark in the Park.

    Jefferson County Humane Society’s festival FOR pets is back and bigger than ever.

    With 25 vendors, concessions for pets and humans, adoptable pets from local rescues, Blessing of the Pets, K-9 Police Demonstration, face painting, contests, and a low-cost vaccination clinic- this event is one you don’t want to miss!

    The festival is from 11-3 p.m., with the low-cost clinic happening until 1.

    11-1 Vaccine Clinic

    The clinic is offering $15 vaccines and microchipping for cats and dogs.
