    Ohio officers seize 18 lbs of cocaine and fentanyl, 5 firearms, 8 vehicles, and $175,000 after a drug search at houses and a storage unit, Multiple arrested

    Ohio officers say they have seized over 18 lbs of cocaine and fentanyl, five firearms, eight vehicles, and $175,000 after a drug search at multiple homes and a storage unit, leading to multiple arrests.

    The Jefferson County, Ohio Drug Task Force says they had four narcotics search warrants done at homes in Steubenville, Ohio on Lawson, McDowell, and Pennsylvania Avenues, and a storage unit on Reichart Avenue in Wintersville.

    Officials say 51-year-old Lionel Lindsey Jr. of Steubenville was arrested without incident. Lindsey is being charged with F1 count with major drug offender status for possession of cocaine, one F1 count with major drug offender status for possession of fentanyl, and one count of weapons under disability.

    Also arrested without incident was 55-year-old Cherie Nelson. Nelson is being charged with one F1 count of with major drug offender status of cocaine, and one F1 count of possession of fentanyl.

    Officials say charges are pending for a third suspect and additional suspects may be charged as the investigation is ongoing.

    Lindsey and Nelson are in the Jefferson County Justice Center pending arraignment.

    Officials say this is one of the largest drug seizures to occur in Jefferson County.

    Amazing God Bless Are Local Law Enforcement that’s amazing!! Guns and Drugs off the streets and put the cash into resources to catch more of these criminals sell those vehicles to the public they won’t need transportation we’re there going!!
