    VNA and Hospice of the Wabash Valley announce new executive director

    TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Visiting Nurse Association and Hospice of the Wabash Valley announced that Kim Streeter will be its new executive director.

    Her appointment marks a new chapter in the agency`s leadership as she takes over from Trudy Rupsa who served as director for the past twenty years and is set to retire. Streeter has been with this organization for 33 years via their human relations, communications, and technology departments.

    Streeter said cares deeply about this organization and plans to lead this team into the future.

    “The services that we provide to the community are important to continue,” said Streeter. “Being a Terre Haute girl born and raised, I think it is important that we strive to give compassionate care and respect to all.”

    Streeter says her main goal is continuing to provide their services to the community while finding ways to receive proper compensation through the Medicare system.
