2 suspects of May 7 murder get new trial dates

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV)— Two of the suspects in the May 7 murder of Antonio Jones have had their trial dates changed.

Nicholas Rogan and De’Rion Wilcox both have had the dates for their trial of the murder of Antonio Jones changed. Both suspects are now looking at a date of January 6 for the Jury Trial. Both men are currently being charged with murder, conspiracy to commit murder, attempted murder, battery, and burglary.

This is all in connection to the shooting that took place on May 7. At 12:25 a.m. that day, police responded to the 1800 block of S. Center Street for the shooting that killed Antonio Jones and also injured a second victim who has since been treated and released.
