Public Relations Manager Cher Wehrman said this event brings people together to make an impact on reducing suicide.

“I think sometimes we think we’re the only one that may be going through a concern or an issue, but when we really dig down we see that there is almost zero people that have not been effected by a mental health care need themselves or a close family member or friend. So, we are all going through this together,” she said.

Community resource agencies will be in attendance to provide information on programs and services available to help those in need. To register for the Walk and or purchase a shirt in support of this cause, you can visit their website .
