    Not that we want the notoriety, but you should understand how the jurisdictions are defined. Manassas and Manassas Park are completely different cities. Blooms Crossing is an HOA development IN Manassas Park, VA. Manassas and Manassas Park have a mutual aid agreement. In many cases; emergency services, VRE and many others factions work with each other. The court system represents all of the cities and towns in Prince William County.
