So let’s flow 17 billion gallons of water into a quarry and disrupt the water resources of millions of wildlife down river. Yeah that will go over swimmingly with environmentalists. The river is already critically low let’s make it lower. It the lyrical words of Ludacris “ How low can you go?”.
