Michael Jacobs, President of Keesling Construction and Realty, says they are excited to start this project.

“It’s going to be called East Point Subdivision and we’re anxious to get that started. To kind of replace that market for us in the local area” Jacobs told 59News.

Some houses are projected to be completed by the first part of 2025.

Jacobs told 59News his company doesn’t just build homes, but communities.

Probably for the rich people who are going to be able to pay the rent. Never see a decent middle class apt building rentals with affordable rent.
