    Governor Justice announces Concord University graduate as Circuit Judge of the 12th Family Circuit Court

    MCDOWELL COUNTY/MERCER COUNTY, WV (WVNS) — The Circuit Judge for the 12th Family Circuit Court was announced by Governor Jim Justice.

    According to a press release from Governor Jim Justice, Adam Wolfe was selected as the Circuit Judge for the 12th Family Circuit Court and in 2025 he will serve his full term.

    I would like to thank Governor Justice for appointing me to the vacant Family Court seat and the voters of Mercer and McDowell county for electing me. I am excited to get started in this new position. The Family Court plays an important and vital role in our judicial system, and I look forward to bringing my experience, compassion, and fairness to the bench.

    The press release from Governor Justice stated that Wolfe is a resident of Princeton, West Virginia, and in 2003 he received his Bachelor’s of Social Work from Concord University. In 2013, Wolfe got his Juris Doctor at the Appalachian School of Law after completing his undergraduate studies.

    According to the press release, Wolfe received the Young Alumnus Award from the Concord University Alumni Association in 2014 to recognize his accomplishments.
