LIV Golf brings fans a special opening as tournament play begins at the Greenbrier

WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS, WV (WVNS) – The LIV Golf Tournament has a special opening for fans at the Greenbrier Resort.

The Frog-X Parachute Team is opening each day of competition by skydiving onto the course, with a special LIV golf twist.

The parachuters are even sporting the flags of some of the different LIV Golf teams.

One of the parachuters, Nix White, told 59News a little bit about the team.

“We are all retired military guys. So, it is a veteran-owned team. We all served on the Navy team at one point, and I retired first. I started the team, and as guys retired, they jumped on board. We just want to continue what we love doing: which is performing and skydiving,” said White.

Frog-X jumps at many different events all across the United States.

If you would like to see this team in action, you can head over to the 17 ^th Fairway at the Greenbrier before competition at 1:05 p.m. on Saturday, August 17 and at 12:55 p.m. on Sunday August 18.
