High school football preview: Summers County Bobcats

SUMMERS COUNTY, WV (WVNS) – A force to be reckoned with in southern West Virginia, the Summers County Bobcats will look to return to the playoffs following a first round exit to Wahama last season.

The Bobcats were prolific on offense with Wide Receiver Ryan Oliveros 4th in the state in receiving with 1,177 yards on 66 catches and 10 touchdowns and Senior QB Brandon Isaac in the top 10 in the state in passing yards. The Bobcats begin their season on a Thursday at PikeView as they look to return to the playoffs once again in 2024.
