High school football preview: Shady Spring Tigers

RALEIGH COUNTY, WV (WVNS) – The Shady Spring Tigers were right on the cusp of a playoff spot in 2023 and will look to build on momentum heading into the 2024 season.

The Tigers finished 2023 3-0 in their last three games, winning by an average of 30 points during that span to finish the season 6-4. Despite the .600 record, big losses to Roane County at the beginning of the season and a loss to single-A Man cost them a spot in the playoffs.
