Downed power line causes road closure in Raleigh County

BECKLEY, WV (WVNS) — Part of a road in Raleigh County will be temporarily closed due to a downed power line.

According to Raleigh County Dispatch, the 1000 block of Dry Hill Road in the Beckley area of Raleigh County will be temporarily closed on Friday, August 30, 2024 due to a fallen power line.

Raleigh County Dispatch stated that the 1000 block of Dry Hill Road will be closed for at least a couple of hours.
