Zack Kelly, the Director of Operations for the Summers County Solid Waste Authority, said they are partnering with a nonprofit called True North Trails for help with trail cleanup and trail creations.

“Every dollar that we get for some of these recyclable materials, we are able to give to the nonprofit or any surrounding nonprofit that wants to work with us, to help funding and get things rolling,” said Kelly.

They are open Tuesdays from 9 a.m. until 6:30 p.m., as well as Wednesday through Saturday from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m.

They are also accepting donations for lightly used building materials, furniture, some electronic devices.
