    The Davisson Brothers Band set to headline outdoor concert at Taste of Our Towns

    LEWISBURG, WV (WVNS) — As the Taste of Our Towns (TOOT), one of West Virginia’s most prominent celebrations, draws closer, preparations are being made for a new addition to the festivities: an outdoor concert!

    The event will be headlined by the Davisson Brothers Band and is set to begin at 6 p.m.; food trucks will be on location until 8 p.m.

    The Davisson Brothers Band, hailing from Clarksburg, West Virginia, is composed of brothers Chris and Donnie Davisson, nephew Gerrod Bee, and friend Aaron Regester.

    Carnegie Hall’s Taste of Our Towns is drawing closer, vendor registration ends soon

    According to Carnegie Hall, they are known for blending genres and creating a distinct Appalachian sound, having achieved renown in the bluegrass, country, and jam band scenes.

    Proceeds will go towards Carnegie Hall’s performance and educational programming, and all ages are invited to attend. Tickets will go on sale on September 13 for the price of $10 per person, and wristbands can be bought or picked up at the Carnegie booth at 12 p.m. during TOOT.
