    Code Red status announced by the Fayette County Humane Society

    FAYETTE COUNTY, WV (WVNS) — As of Wednesday, October 9, 2024, the Fayette County Humane Society is in Code Red.

    According to a post on the Fayette County Humane Society’s Facebook page, the shelter is once again at full capacity with no open kennels available as of Wednesday, October 9, 2024.

    Greenbrier Humane Society announces full capacity status

    The shelter stated that there are 22 dogs at the shelter with sponsored adoption fees, and that people can help by adopting, fostering, or donating for the care of the animals.
