    Women’s basketball to play 4 nationally televised games

    MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The West Virginia University women’s basketball team will make four appearances on national networks, including three at home, as announced Wednesday in conjunction with the Big 12 Conference.

    West Virginia will make its first national appearance on Fox or FS1 on Sunday, Jan. 19, when WVU welcomes Iowa State to the WVU Coliseum for a 1 p.m. ET tip. WVU will then play on ESPNU in a contest against Oklahoma State on Saturday, Feb. 1, in Morgantown. Tipoff is set for noon.

    The Mountaineers then play in a Presidents Day special telecast on Fox against Kansas State on Monday, Feb. 17, inside the WVU Coliseum at 2 p.m. The Wildcats were picked to finish first in the Big 12 Conference this season.

    West Virginia then plays its final nationally televised game on the road against TCU. The game in Fort Worth, Texas is set to tip off at noon on ESPN2.

    The Mountaineers will also play three contests on FloHoops as part of the Gulf Coast Showcase from Friday, Nov. 29, through Sunday, Dec. 1.

    All of West Virginia’s remaining home nonconference and Big 12 games will be played on ESPN+. Broadcast information for the Mountaineers’ final nonconference game against Temple on Sunday, Dec. 15 has yet to be determined.
