    Arrest warrant issued for Raleigh County man for failure to appear and home confinement violation

    FAYETTE COUNTY, WV (WVNS) — An arrest warrant was issued for a Raleigh County man for failure to appear and home confinement violation.

    According to a press release, an arrest warrant was issued on Friday, October 11, 2024 for 55-year-old Johnny L. Kincaid, of Mabscott, for failure to appear and a home confinement violation.

    On July 25, 2024, Kincaid pleaded guilty to sex offenses involving a minor. He was put on home confinement with a G.P.S. ankle monitor after his plea hearing and was released on bond.

    The press release from the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney for Fayette County stated that Kincaid’s sentencing hearing was scheduled for the afternoon of Friday, October 11, 2024, however, he removed the G.P.S. ankle monitor early on Friday, October 11, 2024 and did not show up at the sentencing hearing.

    Wyoming County man pleads guilty to attempt to commit a felony

    Kincaid’s last known address was 101 Chestnut Street, Apartment 3, in the Mabscott area of Raleigh County, and he could be driving a white 2009 Ford Ranger with West Virginia registration 204635A.

    Anyone who may know Kincaid’s location are advised to call the West Virginia State Police at 304-469-2915 or call a local law enforcement agency.

    Why was he sent home in the first place?!? He already took the plea saying he was guilty of sex offenses involving a minor. He's a sick nasty pedophile. They just let him loose to go do this to another child. What is this Justice system coming to? I mean really Fayette County?
