Doesn't matter. The very few they do have, including one with a masters doesn't get treated with the respect she should, doesn't have the job title she should & certainly doesn't receive the pay she should. Perhaps it is because of her skin color. Plus, how are you going to hire a demographic that doesn't live here, nor do they want to be paid thousands of dollars LESS than they'd be paid in surrounding counties? Riddle me that Rockbridge...

How about hiring quality educators regardless of their skin color. Hiring someone based on their skin color is the highest level of racism.
