    James Park

    James Park, most recently president at Herbivore Botanicals , has joined The 7 Virtues as chief executive officer. The 2010-founded fragrance brand reported more than 45 percent year-over-year growth in 2023, and scored an investment from Unilever Ventures last fall.

    Rashida La Lande

    The Estée Lauder Cos. has appointed Rashida La Lande as its new executive vice president and general counsel. She previously held the role at The Kraft Heinz Company, and succeeds Deirdre Stanley, who stepped down in April to “embark on a new chapter.”

    At Dr.Jart+, Jim No has been named senior vice president, global manager. Most recently Sephora North Korea’s general manager, No will be based at the Dr.Jart+ headquarters in Seoul and with this appointment, joins the Estée Lauder Cos.’ executive leadership team.

    Miklu Silvanto

    Apple alum Miklu Silvanto has joined Oura as chief design officer. Silvanto has founded multiple companies, including Finnish furniture company Vaarnii and design agency Aivan, and will lead the software and industrial design teams at Oura.

    Liza Rapay

    Liza Rapay has taken on an expanded role at Cosmoprof North America, adding vice president to her position as head of the beauty trade show. In the role, she will continue to oversee the direction of the company, and will head up Cosmoprof’s debut Beauty New York show, to be held October 2025.

    Danyelle Boilard-Paul has been appointed as managing director of Miami-based fragrance brand, House of Bö. Prior to joining the company, she served as executive vice president and general manager at Clarins USA.

    Kendra Bracken-Ferguson

    Kendra Bracken-Ferguson is now CEO of Carmell Corp., parent company to “regenerative skin care” brand Carmell Cosmetics. She will remain involved with BrainTrust Founders Studio, the platform she cofounded in 2021 to support Black beauty founders via mentorship and access to capital.

    Meridith Rojas

    VidaCorp, parent company to Australia’s fast-growing beauty brand MCoBeauty — which netted $63 million in sales in 2023 and expects to reach $247 million in 2024 — has appointed Meridith Rojas as its chief marketing officer. Previously, Rojas was chief brand officer at influencer marketing platform Captiv8.

    Jonny Eckersley

    Influencer-founded fragrance brand Ledda has tapped Jonny Eckersley, who hails from sister marketing agencies Komodo and Runway, as its creative director. Since launching in late 2022, Ledda has sold more than 28,000 units and projects sales will top $4 million in 2024.

    Jenny Son

    Jenny Son, who joined Dae as president in 2021, has been named CEO. Founded in 2020 by influencer Amber Fillerup Clark, the brand is among the fastest-growing within Sephora’s “clean” hair care assortment, with its Cactus Fruit 3-in-1 Styling Cream selling every 32 seconds.

    Mary Beech

    Supplement brand Thorne — which recently tapped Karlie Kloss as an ambassador — has named Mary Beech as its chief growth officer. Beech joins the 40-year-old brand from children’s book publisher Scholastic, where she served as chief marketing and transformation officer.
