Natalie Portman opted for a classic look while being honored at the 50th installment of the Deauville Film Festival on Saturday in Deauville, France.

The actress, who received a beach cabin dedicated to her on the Promenade des Planches, wore a navy suit by Dior consisting of the brand’s iconic 30 Montaigne Bar Jacket and a flare miniskirt. Portman paired the suit with Dior’s J’Adior slingback pump and a French manicure.

Portman made another appearance in France earlier in the week when she served as a presenter at the LVMH Prize ceremony in Paris , alongside fellow Dior ambassador Robert Pattinson , and Ana de Armas , one of the faces of Louis Vuitton . At the event, Portman also made her debut as a member of the jury, which awarded 400,000 euros and mentorship by the French luxury conglomerate’s teams to Hodakova.

“Loved being on the jury with so many incredible talents for the LVMH prize for new fashion designers,” Portman wrote on Instagram , while sharing photos from the event. “Congratulations to Hodakova, Duran Lantink, Standing Ground, and all the other finalists, who had such thoughtful and original collections. Check out the way @hoda_kova upcycles old belts and trousers in her work, combining beauty with sustainability.”

The actress also wore Dior when promoting her most recent project , the Apple TV+ limited series “Lady in the Lake,” which centers around Portman’s character Maddie Schwartz investigating the disappearance of a missing woman named Cleo Sherwood played by Moses Ingram. For the premiere, Portman wore a chainmail-reminiscent bustier dress paired with velvet shorts from Dior ‘s 2025 cruise collection . “Lady of the Lake” is currently streaming on Apple TV+.
