Aishwarya Rai Bachchan Is Larger Than Life in Red-hot Mossi Bubble Dress With Dramatic Train for L’Oréal Paris’ Runway

Bollywood star Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was ravishing in red while walking in L’Oréal Paris’s Paris Fashion Week runway on Monday.

The former Miss World wore a silky gown with a bubble hem by the French label Mossi , and needed four assistants to carry the massive train. Golden satiny heels peeked from under the hem, while Bachchan finished her glamorous look with a bouncy blowout and a red lip.

The actress is known to be a maven of eye-catching ensembles. Past Cannes Film Festival looks ranged from a butterfly-inspired Michael Cinco gown to her viral lavender lipstick which she paired with a design from Rami Kadi.

Kicking off fashion week in the City of Love, the star-studded catwalk show was held in front of the Paris Garnier opera house and aimed to celebrate the “democratization of fashion and beauty.”

Other famous faces on the runway included Kendall Jenner, who made her runway debut as a bombshell blond; Eva Longoria wearing an ethereal white dress; Viola Davis sporting a magenta lip and chartreuse and black gown; Jane Fonda in a white trenchcoat with sparkling silver embellishments.

The brand’s global brand ambassador Celine Dion starred in a teaser shared on Instagram for the show.

Equal parts performance and runway, the show featured a dance ensemble wearing all-white and models twirling down the stage, all set against an LCD screen featuring flashing text such as “You’re worth it.”

To close the show, a bevy of models came marching down the runway, each carrying a rose.

An official partner of Paris Fashion Week , the show has become a tradition. Last year, the runway was held under the Eiffel Tower, where some of the brand’s biggest beauty names, including then-newly appointed ambassador Kendall Jenner , took the catwalk by storm.

The model’s mom, Kris Jenner, cheered her on from the front row, and Camila Cabello joined a dance crew that was onstage for a routine before walking the runway.
