    Police say woman who disappeared after being discharged from Detroit Receiving Hospital has been recovered

    DETROIT (WWJ) -- The Detroit Police Department is says a 39-year-old woman who went missing last month has been recovered.

    According to investigators, Latasha Cole spoke with her family on July 25, when she said she was being discharged from Detroit Receiving Hospital.

    When she didn't return home, and no one heard from her, she was reported missing.

    Wednesday night, police sent an update stating that Cole had been recovered.

    They didn't say where she'd been, and no further information was released.
