Police search for suspects in silver pick-up accused of assaulting woman in gas station parking lot on Detroit’s east side

DETROIT (WWJ) Detroit Police are searching for two suspects accused of assaulting a woman at a gas station on the city’s east side.

Police said two men got out of a silver pick-up truck and walked up to a 52-year-old woman in the parking lot. They kicked her, hit her and fled the scene, police said.

It happened Saturday, August 24th around 3:25 a.m. on E. McNichols near Conant.

The victim was taken to the hospital. Her condition was not released.
