2 killed, 1 in critical condition after multi-car crash on US-12 near Willow Run Airport

(WWJ) — At least two people have died following a crash in Washtenaw County on Wednesday afternoon.

The crash happened just before 4 p.m. on Sept. 11 along the Ecorse Road Bypass on US-12 near Wiard Road, just west of Willow Run Airport, according to a Huron Valley Ambulance spokesperson.

The crash involved multiple cars, including one that caught on fire.

Two people were pronounced dead at the scene and one was taken to the hospital in critical condition, but authorities have not released any information about any of the victims.
