    Western Massachusetts Comic Book Show returns to Greenfield

    GREENFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) – The Western Massachusetts Comic Book Show is coming to Greenfield on Sunday.

    According to the Western Massachusetts Comic Book Show, this one-day event will feature 40 tables of comic books and artwork. Comic book fans of all ages will be able to enter the Hawks and Reed Performing Arts Center to see vendors that will have everything from investment-grade comics priced in the thousands to 50-cent “reader” comic books.

    At the event, there will also be some of the Northeast’s best comic book creators including Rick Parker (Beavis & Butthead), Lisa Trusiani (Barbie), Gary Hallgren (Hagar the Horrible), Jim Lawson, Michael Dooney (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles), Will Murray, Marcus McLaurin (Marvel Comics), and Casey Coller (IDW’s Transformers).

    Admission to the show costs $5, but kids ages 12 and under are free with paid adult admission. The show runs from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday.
