Gran Cocina, a community kitchen opens in Holyoke

HOLYOKE, Mass. (WWLP) – A community kitchen is opening in Holyoke on Thursday.

The Gran Cocina is a shared-use, commercial kitchen opening up on High Street. That means small businesses can rent the kitchen space and use the equipment while they’re still growing their business.

On Thursday, visitors will get to sample the work of some of the chefs who will be using the new space and they can learn more about the community workspace. The grand opening happens from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
