Springfield firefighters support this young entrepreneur’s lemonade stand

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) – Members of the Springfield Fire Department took a break Friday afternoon to visit and support a young boy’s lemonade stand.

The firefighters from Truck 3 and Engine 3 stopped by the stand to show their support and enjoy some refreshing lemonade.

The lemonade stand, set up by a local boy looking to make a positive impact in the neighborhood, caught the attention of the firefighters as they were passing by. Recognizing an opportunity to connect with the community, the firefighters decided to stop and support the young business owner.
