    4th annual Pioneer Valley Art Festival being held in Feeding Hills

    FEEDING HILLS, Mass. (WWLP) – The Agawam Community Artists and Artisans held their 4th annual Pioneer Valley Art Festival this weekend.

    Feeding Hills church kicks off Faith on Fire celebration of worship

    Dozens gathered at the Agawam Polish American Club from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday. Over 70 artists and artisans will be taking part in the festival which will include demonstrations throughout the day. Each one will showcase their love for creativity and passion for art.

    The Gloria McLellan Scholarship silent auction is also being held to benefit area high school seniors seeking a career in visual arts. The New England Mosaic Project will be introduced, which is a 24 ft wall of art created by 250 participants from the community. There will also be “Art With A Heart” painting workshops and the “Agawam Rocks” group with free rock painting for everyone.

    One young artist featured at the event is only 14-years-old.

    “i just randomly started on a canvas one day and just decided to continue to do it,” expressed local Artist, Adrianna Sprito.

    Ceil Rossi the President of Agawam Community Artists & Artisans told 22News, “this year is one of our biggest fesivals we have some really talented artists.”

    The festival will continue on Sunday, again starting at 10 a.m.
