A fog bow is similar to a rainbow due to its arch however, it appears as a bow in fog rather than rain, according to Wikipedia. They are formed by very small water droplets that cause fog. The fog bow forms very weak colors with a red outer edge and a bluish inner edge. “In many cases, when the droplets are very small, fog bows appear white, and are therefore sometimes called white rainbows,” stated information from Wikipedia on fog bow .
