The Hampden Sheriff’s Department confirmed that 18-year-old Nathan Colon was released on $10,000 cash bail following his arraignment on Tuesday. Colon is accused of hitting and killing 36-year-old Kristine Andrews as she crossed Boston Road on Monday night.
