HOLYOKE, Mass. (WWLP) – The St. Patrick’s Committee of Holyoke is excited to once again participate in the #KeepitClean2K24 event.

Disaster response workshop to recruit new Red Cross volunteers in Holyoke

The event is hosted by OneHolyoke CDC to help clean streets along the 2025 Holyoke St. Patrick’s Road Race and Parade routes. All are welcome to join, with all supplies provided.

All volunteers are invited to a post-clean-up reception at City Sports Bar and Lounge, and each will receive an email with the clean-up locations and more details. The event will run from 1 PM until 3 PM.

“As we approach the mark for the halfway point to St. Patrick’s Day, it’s a perfect time to come together as a community and give back”, said John Beaulieu, 2025 Parade President. “Our cleanup event is more than just a day of service—it’s a way to honor the spirit of St. Patrick’s Day and the city of Holyoke by taking care of the streets that our marchers and runners use every year. Let’s work together to ensure our streets are as vibrant and welcoming as St. Patrick’s Day Weekend in Holyoke itself. I look forward to seeing everyone there as we roll up our sleeves and make a difference.”

The 72nd Holyoke St. Patrick’s Parade is being held next year on Sunday, March 23.
