    Power restored after outage at Memorial Drive Plaza in Chicopee

    CHICOPEE, MASS. (WWLP) – Utility crews have restored power to the Memorial Drive Plaza and surrounding areas in Chicopee following an outage Wednesday evening.

    The outage had also affected the traffic light leading to the Mass Pike in Chicopee.

    Chicopee Police’s Public Information Officer told 22News Chicopee Electric Light crews were working to address the issue. The energy company is asking anyone who is still in need of service to call (413)-598-8311.

    It is not known at this time what may have caused the outage.
