    • A digital scale
    • Multiple Rhode Island and Massachusetts driver’s licenses, Social Security cards, and credit cards in the names of other individuals

In February 2023, Guyette was indicted on the alleged conspiracy to distribute controlled substances along with Gerardo Garza of Yuma, Arizona, and Nathan Boddie of Pawtucket, R.I. A superseding indicted alleging that 400 grams or more of fentanyl and 500 grams or more of a mixture and substance containing methamphetamine were attributable to Guyette.

On Thursday, Guyette pleaded guilty to the charges and faces at least 10 years and up to life in prison, at least five years and up to a lifetime of supervised release, and a fine of up to $10 million.

Boddie was sentenced last year to 84 months in prison followed by three years of supervised release.
