Preview: New England Patriots vs. Miami Dolphins

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. (WWLP) – The New England Patriots are back home to play the Miami Dolphins on Sunday.

The Patriots are back at Gillette Stadium for just their second home game this season and this time it’s against the Miami Dolphins. The Patriots are definitely off to a rough start. Coming into this game, they have a record of one win and three losses, but on Sunday, one of their divisional rivals, the Miami Dolphins, also goes into Sunday’s game with an identical record, one win and three losses. In the history of the two teams competing in Foxborough, the Patriots are 36-18.

Overall this season has been off to a tough start for the team and the fans. The Patriots lost to the Seahawks in their home opener but it was a close one, only losing by three points in overtime, but since they’ve been on the road, they lost to the New York Jets by 21 points and the San Francisco 49ers by 17 points, even after those rough losses, some fans haven’t lost all hope for the season.

Fans are hoping the team can square up and pull away with the win especially with Miami having difficulty with the quarterback position.
